LevelUP is a continuous learning program for Dynamics 365 (CRM) that will help you get more value out of your CRM system by sharpening your end-users CRM skills.
LevelUP provides two pillars for continuous learning – Monthly Live Instructor-Led Training and full access to our eLearning hub for on-demand learning. On-demand materials in our eLearning hub are interactive and engage the learner, not the static videos everyone else offers. eLearning materials are updated weekly and include content that will not be covered on monthly live training sessions.
Monthly Live Instructor-Led Training
Live training is held on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 1-2 pm Eastern. Each session is live instructor-led and covers impactful topics and many are based on end-user suggestions.
Each month we will cover topics that are relevant to both end-users and system administrators, a few of the on-deck topics include:
- Get Started with Power BI
- Master the New Modern Search
- Sales User Best Practices
- Advanced Find
- Intro to Power Automate
- Best Practices – Manage CRM Tasks in Outlook
- Create & Use Personal Email Templates
- New Features released in Microsoft updates
All training sessions include:
Downloadable Training Guide – a great resource to refer back to or share with your team.
Access to the session recordings – refresh on the topics anytime by watching on-demand recordings of every training.
Hands-On Exercises – Listening to complex/technical topics alone will not enable your learners to fully absorb and retain the content. All our training workshops include hands-on exercises which has been proven to increase knowledge retention by over 60%.
Attendee Reports – We can provide full attendee reports including their level of engagement during the session and their quiz/test scores.
LevelUP eLearning hub
