Our FastTrack Services provide expert help to rapidly implement the Power-CRM product at a fixed cost.

FastTrack is a rapid, fixed cost implementation service for Power-CRM. We offer FastTrack for the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service areas of Power-CRM.

Each FastTrack program includes full implementation services beginning with a kickoff session. During the kickoff, we review your sales/marketing/service processes and how Power-CRM will be optimally configured for your business. The plan is created including detailed configuration information and handed off to our service team. Once your solution is built, we conduct a full review with you. We collect feedback on any changes, make the changes, and then have you test the system. Then, when the system is ready, we then perform training and go-live.

Our FastTrack program comes with a complete pre-configured template for sales, providing approximately 70% of the configuration nearly all businesses need. The template is built from over 17 years’ experience implementing CRM solutions for businesses of all sizes and types. This allows your solution to be implemented rapidly and at a fraction of the cost of other CRM products.

Training Included:

The following training classes will be held online via web conference:

  • End User Core Training – All Users – Account and Contact Management, Activity Management, Dashboards, Outlook Integration. This session is 2 hours – Web-Based
  • End User Customer Service Training – Customer Service Users – this session trains the end-users on the Customer Service functionality in Power-CRM. This is a 2-hour session. The Core Functionality training is a pre-requisite. Web-Based

Support is included! Unlimited Break/Fix support is included in the Power-CRM license pricing.
