Meet Our Leadership Team
David is the founder, President & CEO, and brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT services and CRM. When launching Sträva his mission was clear “I saw a lot of customers struggle with IT/CRM providers. If you think about it, the customer and service provider are misaligned from the get-go, the one item the provider wants to sell you more of is the item you want less of… billable hours. We align to a solution and to success. Sträva will bring a different, refreshing go-to-market strategy to this space.”
Before founding Sträva, David spent the last 20 years as Vice President/Partner at a NJ-based MSP. He built successful Managed IT Services and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) practices growing the business to a multi-million dollar business.
David has over 14 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365). He is a Microsoft Certified CRM professional and a certified Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) facilitator.
