David is the founder, President & CEO, and brings more than 25 years of experience in IT services and CRM.
Before founding Sträva, David spent the last 20 years as Vice President/Partner at a NJ-based MSP. He built a successful Managed IT Services and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) practice — growing the business to a multi-million dollar business.
David has over 15 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365). He is a Microsoft Certified CRM professional and a certified Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) facilitator.
David has been featured in several national publications including Business Solutions Magazine, Industrial Distribution Magazine, Progressive Distributor Magazine and others. He is an active member of the Philadelphia chapter of the CRM Users Group (CRMUG) and regularly presents on a wide range of CRM related topics.
David is available to clients virtually any time. He stays very close to customers and projects offering executive engagement, best practice guidance and strategic oversight.
Paula has been in the Information Technology field for over 20 years. Prior to joining Sträva Technology Group she spent 15 years at a NJ based Microsoft Dynamics CRM provider holding positions including CRM Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist, Project Manager and Director of CRM Services. From 1997 to 2002 Paula was Systems Manager for a Delaware based wholesale distributor of textiles. In her role as Systems Manager she was responsible for administration of their ERP system (Prophet 21 by Epicor), Local & Wide area networks, CRM and telephone systems. She also managed a full eCommerce initiative and was an internal auditor for ISO 9000.
Paula is a Microsoft CRM & Dynamics 365 expert with over 15 years of experience on the platform. She is a senior level Business Analyst with deep expertise in business requirements analysis, project management and solution design.
Paula is certified in Microsoft CRM Applications, Sales & Pre-sales as well as Microsoft’s Sure Step Implementation Methodology. Her expertise spans the entire Dynamics 365 platform including configuration, customization, data integration/migration, user adoption management and training.
Paula holds a BA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Client Server Technology Certification from Penn State University, Great Valley.
