Monthly Live Instructor-Led Training
Live instructor-led training is held the 3rd Thursday of every month from 1-2pm Eastern. Each session is live instructor-led and covers impactful topics and many are based on end-user suggestions.

Hands-On Exercises – Listening to complex/technical topics alone will not enable your learners to fully absorb and retain the content. All our training workshops include hands-on exercises which has been proven to increase knowledge retention by over 60%.
Attendee Reports – We can provide full attendee reports including their level of engagement during the session and their quiz/test scores.
Our eLearning hub has interactive on-demand learning content for all users and by user role (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and CRM Administrators). Content is updated weekly and includes significant amounts of learning content that is not covered in the live monthly trainings.
All learning content is produced in multiple learning formats – self-paced, document (Word, PDF & PowerPoint), and three interactive formats with guided walk throughs:
